A: Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please cancel as soon as possible to allow us to offer the spot to other participants, as Barcelona has group size restrictions.

Cancellation Process:

• Contact our customer service team via our website contact form or email us at primetoursbarcelona@gmail.com.

• Full Refund: Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour.

• 50% Refund: Cancel within 24 hours to 2 hours before the tour.

• No Refund: Cancel within 2 hours of the tour start. However, we are happy to reschedule your tour.

Rescheduling: We also accept requests to change the date of your booking. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will provide you with available options.
